Your access to and continued use of the 3r3s Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform, regardless of whether you complete a formal registration.
If you are registering on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" and "User" shall include that person or entity.

Each user may maintain only one Account. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses or evade a suspension or exclusion will be closed. 3r3s reserves the right to recover any funds obtained through duplicate accounts.
